Ted Baker selects K3 Retail to underpin international growth

Ted Baker, the iconic British fashion brand, has selected Microsoft Dynamics AX from K3 Retail to support its global expansion plans.

The retailer needed a platform that could support its growth for the next 10 to 15 years, and following an extensive review of the market, chose Dynamics AX to be deployed globally across the Group. The new systems will enable the fashion brand to streamline their operations, gain increased visibility of information, and provide a solid platform for growth.

Ted Baker are working with Microsoft and K3 Retail on the implementation, with plans to begin rolling out the systems at the start of 2015. Dustan Steer, IT Director at Ted Baker, said the new systems will “equip the business with the right tools and processes to streamline our operations and reduce people-intensive activities”.

Steer added, “Dynamics AX will give us the ability to better anticipate and embrace change and support future global growth”.

Craig Smith, Brand Communication Director at Ted Baker, said that the fashion brand had a “very clear vision and ambition” for its business.
