Choosing A Support Service
K3 Managed Services provide two core service propositions, designed to meet a range of budgets and operational requirements:
Managed On Premises: Infrastructure is designed, supplied and managed by K3, owned by the customer and hosted at customer or a third party data centre.
Fully Managed Hosting: (K3 CloudNet): Infrastructure capacity and availability is delivered as a service out of K3 Managed Services Tier 3 data centres based on the variable requirements of the customer (both capacity and duration) and charged on a per month basis. No capital outlay is required.
